At Kicking Trends Canada, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, estimated delivery windows, and other important shipping information.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Kicking Trends Canada is not responsible for any customs delays or additional fees imposed by customs authorities.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Kicking Trends Canada is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping addresses, incomplete information, or failed delivery attempts.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

While we will assist customers in locating missing shipments whenever possible, Kicking Trends Canada cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.


Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

• Customs inspections and processing
• Carrier disruptions
• High shipping volumes
• Public holidays
• Events outside our reasonable control

Kicking Trends Canada is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the order.
