At Kicking Trends Canada, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must purchase their own return shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at kickingtrendscanada@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work quickly to provide a suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used.
We do not accept returns for:

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size, or quantity, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must remain unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks, credit card providers, and payment processors may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
